The addition of stretching, warm-ups and exercises of the necks red and white tissue have proven to increase lower cervical and upper lumbar mobility, with coordinated form and function restoration of these important transition areas of the spine. To perform:
Add backward and left
laterally flex the head and neck
when contracting the left side of
the low back muscles that forces the
pelvis and stomach toward the right
knee. Inhaling deeply during the
maneuvers.
Next forward and left
laterally flex the head and neck
while contracting the left stomach
muscles that extends and forces the
pelvis straight back from the right
knee. Exhale deeply during the
maneuvers.
Next, backward and
right laterally flex the head and
neck when contracting the right
lateral low back muscles that forces
the pelvis and stomach over across
toward the left knee. Inhaling
deeply during the maneuvers.
Then, forward and
right laterally flex the head and
neck while contracting the right
stomach muscles that extend and
forces the pelvis straight back from
the left knee. Exhale deeply during
the maneuvers.
